SZCD-Z□ DC charging station module adopts advanced rectifying technology and soft switching technology, making the module more reliable with high accuracy of voltage and current stabilization. The module is linked through CAN communication mode with the upper device. Current can be automatically well-distributed through software control. It is mainly suitable for charging lithium-ion batteries, lead-acid batteries and nickel hydrogen batteries. The module has high power density, few electromagnetic interference and small size, making it efficient and reliable.
Wide AC input range: the module stands hard working conditions.
Multiple types: the module, small and light, can be adjusted into different voltage or power levels.
High efficiency: three-phase VIENNA rectifying technology enables the module to operate with a high efficiency of 94% even the input voltage and load varies in large range.
Current distribution is wholly controlled by software with strong capacity of resisting disturbance. More modules can be paralleled with each getting even current.
Fast charging speed: the machine adopts intelligent charging control algorithm which not only increases the charging efficiency but also extends the working life of the batteries.
Few pollution on power grid: the machine uses the advanced IGBT converter technology and active PFC technology, making the power factor higher than 0.997 and the THDi lower than 3%.
Strong card management function: charging transaction is processed with IC card. Fast pay on mobile phone, such as WeChat and online banking, can also be used.
Safety: various protection functions help the machine effectively respond to emergencies. These functions include overheat protection, emergency stop, short-circuit protection, over-voltage/ over-current protection, AC input over/ under voltage protection and DC output voltage/current limiting.
Protection: the machine is moisture-proof, anti-mildew, salt-proof, fog-proof, anti-rust and anti-oxidation.
