Product Introduction

XGNA-12 cubicle fixed indoor gas-insulated AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) consists of vacuum load switch & isolated grounding switch, vacuum circuit breaker & isolated grounding switch and other major components. The cabinet top can be fitted with an expansion connector or a connecting busbar, which can be electrically connected with other functional units to achieve any combination of various schemes.

The switchgear is designed by 3D simulation technology, and produced by advanced flexible sheet metal processing line, 3D laser welding equipment and other world-class equipment. It adopts new environment-friendly gas-insulated medium-voltage ring network modular expansion type switchgear assembled by the modern assembly line. 

The switchgear uses dry air as insulating medium. All the live parts and switches are fully sealed and the sealing cabinet is welded by 3mm stainless steel plate so that the internal components are not affected by the external environment changes. This brings high reliability, personnel security and no maintenance.

The switchgear conforms to GB3906, GB1984, GB3804 standards, and have passed type tests according to the national standards. It is widely used in power supply systems, and industrial and civil power supply projects, especially suitable for residential quarters, substations, switching stations, industrial and mining enterprises, shopping malls, airports, subways, wind power generation, hospitals, railways, tunnels etc.


Product Features

1. The switchgear has compact structure, small volume, and less land occupation. Its cabinet is 410mm wide (the metering cabinet and the bus compler cabinet are 650mm wide).

2. All high-voltage live parts are fully sealed in stainless steel cabinet and the cabinet is inflated with dry air (relative value at 20 ℃) at rated pressure of 0.025MPa (0.02MPa) . It is maintenance-free and can operate safely in damp, dusty, salt-polluted sites, mines, etc. 

3. The three-position switch incorporates disconnector and earthing switch to achieve three functions of connection, isolation and earthing. The structure is simplified and reliability is improved.

4. The sealed cabinet is fully shielded and fully insulated, and is provided with an air pressure monitoring device. Its bottom is fitted with an explosion-proof pressure relief device so as to achieve high reliability and safety.

5. The intelligent power distribution system with the functions of protection, remote control, monitoring and intelligent fault handling is provided. The integrated installation and debugging in the factory minimize workload.

6. The gas compartment is filled with dry air. Therefore, it won’t produce harmful gas when malfunction occurs. Compared with SF6 gas, dry air is more environment-friendly and costs less.
