XGN86A-12 series cubicle gas-insulated metal-enclosed ring main unit is a totally sealed compact switchgear consisting of load switch, load switch & fuse, circuit breaker & disconnector and other master switches. Its busbar can extend to left and right direction through a busbar connector. The ring main unit is applicable to medium-voltage power distribution system. It not only meets the requirements of power supply network nodes or user terminals, but also satisfies the demands of secondary substations for the flexible apllication of compact switchgear. There are different combination according to different design schemes to complete different power distribution tasks.
XGN86A-12 series cubicle gas-insulated metal-enclosed ring main unit is designed by 3D simulation technology, and then produced by Italian Salvagnini flexible sheet metal processing line, Italian PRIMA 3D laser welding equipment, German helium mass spectrometer leak detector and other advanced manufacturing equipment. It adopts new SF6 gas-insulated medium-voltage ring network modular expansion type switchgear assembled by the modern assembly line.
XGN86A-12 series ring main unit is equipped with a wholly enclosed SF6 gas box. The box body is welded by the Italian PRIMA 3D laser welding equipment with 3mm stainless steel plate to ensure that it is fully sealed, completely insulated, no affected by environment, safe, reliable, and maintenance-free.
XGN86A-12 series ring main unit conforms to IEC 60298 standards, and have passed type tests according to the national standards. Its service life exceeds 20 years.
1. Flexible and Reliable Combination Schemes
XGN86A-12 series cubicle gas-insulated metal-enclosed ring main unit can be equipped with 4 modules at most in one gas compartment, namely load switch, load switch & fuse, breaker & disconnector module and metering module. These modules can be arbitrarily combined. Moreover, unlimited extension can be achieved by internal insulated busbar in different gas compartments. This fully meets requirements of application and visual appeal and is not be affected by environment. The cabinet of all switchgears is made from stainless steel and welded with 3D laser. The high-voltage live part is installed inside the stainless steel cabinet and the cabinet is inflated with SF6 (relative value at 20℃) at rated working pressure of 0.035MPa. Its protection degree is IP67. The switchgear can be installed in damp, dusty, salt-polluted, air-polluted sites, mines, etc. and it is not necessary to take special prevention measures.
2. Reliable Safety Control
All live parts are installed in the SF6 gas compartment, thus the switchgear is wholly shielded and insulated. The cabinet is fitted with the air pressure monitoring device. The anti-explosion and pressure-relief device is installed at rear lower part of the gas compartment, realizing high reliability and safety.
3. Intelligent Switchgear
We provide intelligent power distribution system with functions of protection, remote control, monitoring, and intelligent fault handling. Integrated installation and debugging in the factory enables minimum workload.
