Trip-phase load imbalance automatic regulating device, which regulates various power quality problems existing in low voltage power distribution network through the combination of various power electronic technology. It can improve the power quality of low voltage power distribution network effectively and possess the features of good effect, strong applicability and small floor area.


Main Function

  • Regulate Tri-phase Imbalance

It real-time detects system current through the external current transformer and sends the information to internal controller for processing and analysis; it calculates the system unbalanced current as well as current value each phase need to be converted when the equilibrium state is reached, and sends the signal to internal converter; it drives the internal converter and distributes the output evenly to the tri-phase line, finally achieving the tri-phase load balance state.


  • Maintain Load-side Voltage

It samples the compensation point voltage and sends the voltage information to internal processor to determine whether the compensation point voltage exceeds the set value. When the voltage exceeds the Umax of voltage regulation, the device will output inductive current and reduces the voltage; when the voltage is lower than the Umin of voltage regulation, the device will output capacitive current and elevate the voltage, finally achieving the phase voltage stable in the normal range.


  • Compensate Reactive Power

It real-time detects load current through the external current transformer, while calculates and analyzes the reactive power content of load current through internal processor. It sends the control signal to the internal converter according to the calculated value and produces the qualified reactive current, achieving inductive & capacitive bidirectional reactive tracking compensation and real-time reactive compensation. At the same time, because the device can quickly provide shifty reactive current, so it can also inhibit the voltage fluctuation and flicker caused by load change.

  • Filter Harmonics

It real-time detects load current through the external current transformer, while calculates and analyzes the harmonic current of load current through internal processor. It sends the control signal to the internal converter according to the calculated value and produces the qualified harmonic compensation current, achieving the purpose of harmonic compensation.
