Product Introduction

GZDW series high-frequency electric operating power supply system is mainly used in power plants, hydropower stations and DC power system of 500kV, 220kV, 110kV, 35kV substations, and other users applying DC power supply system (petrochemical, mining, railway, etc.). It is suitable for opening and closing operation of circuit breaker, instrument relay protection in secondary circuit and power supply for emergency lighting.

The system is composed of a charging panel, a feederpanel and a battery panel. When the charging device has smaller capacity and less feedback loop, the charging panel and the feeder panel can be combined and installed in a charging-feeder panel.

1.High Intelligence

The intelligent high-frequency switch rectifier technology is adopted.The charging process is completely in conformity with the GDZW charging curve requirements for microprocessor control DC power cabinet.Itsmodules and monitoring system can realize intelligent charging of battery, and has the perfect functions of remote control, telemetry, remote signaling and remote regulation.


2. High Reliability

Rectifier module N+1 redundant backup and high-precision dynamic current sharing can operate in an autonomous or controlled manner, and they constitute a “three-level monitoring” redundant structure with the monitoring system. The DC cabinet adopts reliable components, which undergoes 48 hours of high temperature agingbefore delivery.


3. Convenient Operation and Use

There is no sequence requirement for the intelligent hot plug, AC/DC input and output, and bus switch.The distributed design of monitoring system,plug-and-play of functional modules, and hot plug are convenient to install, overhaul, and replace.

 

4.Perfect Display and Warning Functions

With friendly and rich interface, LCD is displayed in Chinese characters. In the event of fault, it can give an alarm and collect alarm information.

The power efficiency is more than 90%; the active power factor correction technique has the power factor greater than 0.99 and has no harmonic pollution.
