The social economy develops continuously, various electrical equipment increases rapidly and their real-time load changes fast, which causes intermittent reactive failure of power supply system during the equipment operation period (such as reactive power range change of steel smelting and railway locomotive running), making the problems of reduced electrical energy utilization rate, fluctuated grid voltage and high harmonic content more and more obvious. However currently the movement speed of automatic switch in reactive power compensation system is slow, the safe reliability of silicon controlled compensation devices is hard to guarantee and the efficiency of adjustable reactor compensation devices is low. After long-time market research and technical reserve, we decide to develop the reactive compensation filter complete device based on fast on-load voltage regulation and LC passive filter.


TWLB fast voltage regulation reactive compensation filter complete device can be applied to substation, railway, smelting, mining, port, oil field and chemical industry with fast inductive load change and adaptable voltage of 6KV-110KV. It can achieve real-time dynamic compensation for deficient reactive power, improve line power factor & power supply quality and filter out the harmonics. It also possess the advantages of dynamic tracking compensation, low power dissipation and no secondary pollution of power grid. 


Product Features

  • TWLB device completely overcomes the shortcomings of TCR-type SVC controllable silicon, such as damageable, self-protection cannot operate properly in high temperature condition, self-produced harmonic causing secondary pollution to the grid, high loss and high cost.

  • The pioneering fast on-load voltage regulator is adopted without additional cooling system and low loss.

  • Fixed number of harmonics is completed by the passive filter, branch capacitor is also used as reactive support;

  • The following features are included during the compensation regulation process, such as low overvoltage, no inrush current, capacitance and reactance shock-free, no harmonic interference and extended capacitor service life;

  • The proprietary intellectual property rights can effectively control the cost and improves cost performance;

  • It real-time tracks reactive power change in the system and timely compensate with strong dynamic regulation ability;

  • As to voltage fluctuation and flicker, the integrated control complements fast capacitive voltage, effectively suppresses the voltage fluctuation and flicker in the power supply system, and

  • improves the negative sequence.
