Product Introduction

ZW20-12 outdoor high voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker is suitable for outdoor three-phase power distribution equipment whose rated voltage is 12kV and the rated frequency is 50Hz below the altitudeof 4000m. The breakeruses vacuum asarc extinguishing medium, uses SF6 gas to strengthen external insulation and prevent external condensation. It ismainly used for opening and closing load current, over current and short-circuit current in power system, for protection and control in substation, transmission and distribution lines and distribution systems in industrial and mining enterprises, inplaces that need frequent operations such as rural power grid as well as boundary switch of power network. 

ZW20-12 outdoor high voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker conforms to such national standards as GB 1984 High Voltage AC Circuit Breaker, JB/T3855 High Voltage AC Vacuum Circuit Breaker, DL/T 403 Technical Requirements on Ordering 12kV~40.5kV Indoor AC High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers and relative regulations, IEC 62271-100、IEC 60694、IEC 62271-1, of International Electrotechnical Commission.


Product Features

The inner part of the breaker uses SF6 gas to enhance insulation. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is fixed in the insulated post made by epoxy resin, perfectly solving the problems of environmental tolerance and insulation.

The arc extinguishing chamber is fitted with a ceramic shell, inner shielding cylinder, CuCr50 contact and cup-shape longitudinal magnetic field. 

As a boundary switch, the breaker is composed of two major parts, the vacuum breaker body and the wholly electronic FDR (or BF1)series intelligent measurement and control unit. 

The boundary switch can be fitted outside with a voltage transformer, which provides power for controlling and operating the breaker and the FDR (or BF1) intelligent measurement and control module. 

As boundary switch, the body of it can be installed witha built-in 100~600/1 current transformer for protection and a 20/1 zero sequence current transformer, which can coordinate with the wholly electronic FDR (or BF1)series intelligent measurement and control unit to form a mechanism that has the functions of instantaneous over current protection, over current protection, three-time reclosing, anti-flashy flow protection and zero sequence protection.

The controller is provided with remote control device, and can be equipped with PDA and GSM mobile phone text messages function. GPRS communication can be chose to install.
