Product Introduction

GW4-40.5/126 disconnector is self-developed in accordance with the disconnector perfection requirements of China State Grid based on company’s original products. The disconnector focuses on perfect design, including the heating of conductive circuit, the reliability of the conductive part, the clamping stagnation of the drive part, the rust protection of the bearing pedestal, the surface anti-corrosion of the disconnecting switch, and the simplified installation on site. GW4-40.5/126 disconnector is made up of base, post insulator and conductive parts. It has three monopoles of V-type double post structure. Each monopole has two insulating supports at a 50 degree angle that are respectively installed in the bearing pedestal connected to the base, achieving opening and closing operation through a set of four-bar linkage. The conductive knife switch has two contacts on both sides respectively fixed on the post insulator. According to the installation method, the disconnector falls into front and side installation, and the latter is divided into 25-degree, 50-degrees, 90-degree installation.

Product Features

The external pressure type contact finger structure is adopted; the surface is silver plated; the conductive rod adopts the square aluminum tube structure to increase the conducive heat dissipation area and improve the reliability of conductivity, and its surface is tin plated;

The flexible connection is fixed between terminals of connector base to carry current, and the upper and lower ends of terminals are provided with insulating sleeves to achieve reliable current carrying and flexible rotation. The terminal is integrated with the outgoing line post, which reduces a possible heating point;

The bearing pedestal is fully-sealed to prevent rainwater and dust from corroding its rotating bearings. Lubricating grease coated on the bearing surface works under the temperature between -40℃and 120℃ to ensure that no lubrication failure occurs in extremely hot or cold regions.

All transmission shaft pins are made of stainless steel; the rotating parts uses Igus engineering plastic bearing imported from Germany to replace the brass shaft sleeve; the drive parts adopt stainless steel joint bearing to stop the revolving shaft from getting rusty and ensure flexible rotation for a long time.
