Product Introduction

SY-3000 series microprocessor protective device is a new generation of high-performance protection product developed by our company, integrating protection, monitoring, control, and communication. It is suitable for system at 35kV and below voltage level. Distributed installation on the switchgear or centralized installation on the monitor screen is allowed.

Product Features

A) Professional 6U aluminum machine case design enables the device to have higher resistance to height, low temperature, humidity, vibration, harmful gas, dust and strong electromagnetic interference.

B) SMT production process is adopted to achieve better processibility and higher reliability.

C) Standardized and modular hardware design is easy in maintenance and upgrading, especially the modular terminal outlet makes the structure more clear and wiring easier.

D) High-precision A/D conversion, coupled with scientific algorithm, can ensure fast, accurate and reliable movement.

E) High-definition Chinese character LCD display and keyboard type input can realize more flexible operation and more convenient use.

F) Constant value query and modification functions are provided, and online query and modification are very convenient to achieve more flexible operation.

G) Event sequence recording function makes the fault analysis more intuitive and accurate.
H) On-off operation and constant value modification are provided with authorized password, effectively preventing misoperation and further improving the security and reliability of the system.

I) The switching value uses +220V voltage input, which not only solves the problem of false alarm of remote signal (circuit breaker position), but also simplifies the field connection.

J) Protective CT and measuring CT have independent access, improving both protection reliability and measurement accuracy.

K) The self-checking function realizes more accurate and rapid fault location.

L) It is equipped with 485 communication interface, easy to connect with the serial port server and other devices, so that it is convenient for real-time monitoring, remote transmission, scheduling and unattended operation.
