Product Introduction
The VSV-31.5 indoor high voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker is mainly applicable to the indoor single-phase 50Hz power supply and distribution system of traction substations, sub-switching posts and switching stations for receiving and distributing electric power. It can be installed in special switchgear of 31.5kV electrified railway.
The VSV-31.5 indoor high voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker complies with relevant provisions of national standards, such as GB 1984-2014 “HV AC Circuit Breaker”, DL/T 403-2000 “Order Technical Requirement for 12kV ~ 40.5kV HV Vacuum Circuit Breaker” and TB/T 2803-2003 Technical Specifications for Circuit Breakers of Electrified Railways.
Product Features
The circuit breaker is composed of the spring energy storage type operating mechanism and the main circuit, which are respectively arranged on the front and the rear sides of the circuit breaker. The vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber is supported on the circuit breaker frame through a support insulator with high insulating properties, and adopts vertical layout with the fixed end up and the running end down. A transmission connection between the operating mechanism and the arc-extinguishing chamber is arranged at the lower part of the circuit breaker.
The VCB adopts chassis type screw propulsion structure, so propulsive distance is accurate. Besides, it is provided with the integrated mechanical and electrical interlocking device to realize convenient and safe operation.
The ring contact is adopted to match the switchgear contacts, so the electricity is more uniform and the heating is low;
The whole current level and long electrical life prolong the circuit breaker’s service life.
