XGN17D-2×27.5 railway electrified gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear is developed by our company for electrified railway locomotive traction power system. The switchgear is suitable for the single-phase monopole and single-phase double pole 50Hz electrified railway traction power supply system, which is used for receiving and distributing electric energy and controlling and protecting the circuit. It can perform frequent operation or repeatedly break short-circuit current within the working current range, which is suitable for reclosing operation, and has high operation reliability and long service life. The switchgear has an edge over conventional switchgear in economy, feasibility, reliability and miniaturization.
This equipment meets the standards of GB3906, GB1984, GB/T28428, TB/T2803 and so on. Its components are properly arranged, fully sealed, and extendable with various schemes, secure and reliable operation, and convenient on-site installation. It is new power distribution equipment incorporating advanced components and high-tech manufacturing.
◎ Small in size, less land occupied, one third to one fourth of the conventional air-insulated switchgear in size. Width×height×depth = 800 (monopole 600) mm ×2385mm ×1650mm;
◎ High-voltage components are fully sealed, free from external influences. It can be safely operated for a long time in hostile environments.
◎ The primary equipment is maintenance-free with minimum maintenance workload and lowest maintenance cost.
◎ Modular design makes the parts of the same specification interchangeable. With the plug-in type bus connector, PT, arrester and cable terminal, on-site installation and replacement do not involve SF6 gas problem handling.
◎ The use of intelligent control and protection achieves automatic relay protection.
◎ All high-voltage components are insulated and its housing is safe for contact.
